Catto’s Birthday Bash Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Who’s running this thing?
The Catto’s Birthday Bash giveaway is hosted by CULT Games Ltd. (“we” or “us”), based in the UK. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Steam, Twitter/X, Instagram, or any other platform it appears on.
2. What’s the prize?
There are five possible rewards bundles up for grabs:
- Five (5) Steam keys for Catto’s Post Office
- Five (5) custom cat sketches, drawn by the game’s dev/art team using your submitted cat photo as inspiration
3. Who can enter?
Anyone can enter as long as:
- You’re 18 or over (or have a parent/guardian’s permission)
- You’re not an employee of CULT Games or directly involved in the game’s development
- You’re not submitting a picture of someone else's cat (no stealing cats)
4. How do I enter?
- Post a photo of your feline friend on X (Twitter), Bluesky, Instagram, or Discord
- Use the hashtag #CattoBirthdayGuest and tag @TheCultGames
- One entry per cat (you can post multiple cats, but don’t spam or you’ll be disqualified)
5. When’s the deadline?
All entries must be posted by Friday . Any entries after that will be ignored, even if your cat is extremely cute.
6. How will winners be chosen?
The CULT team will choose winners based on creativity, cuteness, and vibes. This is a subjective competition. Our decisions are final and cannot be meow-gotiated.
7. When and how will winners be contacted?
We’ll contact winners via DM on the platform they posted on, so make sure your DMs are open or we won’t be able to send you your key and sketch information.
8. What happens to my cat photo?
By entering, you agree that we can share your post and/or cat photo on CULT and In Shambles’ social channels. We’ll always give credit where possible. Your cat will not be resold, monetized, or recruited into a feline union.
9. Can I exchange the prize for something else?
Nope. The Steam keys and sketches are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be swapped for cash or additional belly rubs.
10. Liability & Privacy
We won’t be responsible for any issues with delivery of prizes or technical problems with social media platforms. We’ll only use your personal data for prize fulfilment and will not share it with third parties. No spam, no nonsense.
11. Other legal-ish stuff
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway if needed. If you enter, you accept these terms.
