1. Promoter
This competition is jointly organised by CULT Games LTD and Kid Katana Records (“the Promoters”).
2. Eligibility
- Open worldwide to entrants aged 18 and over.
- Void where prohibited by local law.
- Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is legal in their country of residence.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoters or their affiliates are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter

4. Entry Period
- Opens: 00:01 BST on Wednesday, 20 August 2025
- Closes: 23:59 BST on Sunday, 24 August 2025
- Winners announced: Monday, 25 August 2025 on CULT Games’ and Kid Katana Records’ official channels.
5. Prizes
Total prizes available: 5
Each of the 5 prize bundles includes:
- 1 x HOTEL BARCELONA game key (winner’s choice of Steam, PS5, or Xbox – subject to region restrictions - available at release by 26 September, 2025)
- 1 x Digital soundtrack (download code, available at release by 26 September, 2025)
- 1 x Physical CD soundtrack (ships separately in Q1 2026 latest)
6. Prize Delivery
- Game keys and digital soundtracks will be sent to winners before launch (target: Wednesday, 24 September 2025).
- Physical CD soundtracks will be shipped separately and may arrive during Q1 2026.
- Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
7. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The Promoters will verify that winners follow both accounts before confirming.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn.
8. General
- By entering, you grant the Promoters permission to announce your handle/name on their channels if you win, if they should choose to do so.
- Winner names/handles will only be used for the purpose of announcing the results of this giveaway and will not be used for any broader commercial purposes.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Promoters reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
- The Promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside their control make it unavoidable.
9. Data Protection
- This promotion is run in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Any personal data collected will only be used to administer the competition and deliver prizes by CULT Games LTD and Kid Katana Records, unless explicit marketing consent is obtained.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
